How can Christians and non-Christian believers alike, learn to more effectively manage and handle stress and receive healing from its effects? We realize there are many stress-reduction self-help programs available out there. However, there is one particular approach to stress reduction, that we have seen have the greatest positive impact on/with the people we've worked with. It's called: MBSR
What Is MBSR?
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an approach that incorporates mindfulness to assist people struggling with life's difficulties, demands, stresses and physical or mental challenges.
