Tips for optimal health
"I wondered when the healing and restoration would begin, that scripture talked about. I then read a verse that said I'm to hold thoughts captive for Truth (of course not while in bed). This implied two key truths: 1) it's completely normal for me to experience all types of thoughts, 2) the automatic / unplanned / random ones that I experienced, were at least initially, totally & completely meaningless until I assessed them for Truth. This 'IS' when the healing began, as the song from the music group 'Tenth Avenue North' goes".
